Founded in 2008, Element Builders is the culmination of over a decade of dedication to quality home building and commitment to customer service.

Element Builders founder Erik Joseph began his home-building career as a field supervisor for the nationally recognized builder Newmark Homes, and within just a few years was promoted to Project Manager. With a penchant for quality craftsmanship and a confidant, trustworthy demeanor that quickly developed strong relationships with customers and contractors alike, he soon found himself overseeing projects in their highest-end division, managing the construction of homes from $500,000 to over $1 million for Fedrick-Harris Estate Homes. In 2002, he led and oversaw the twenty-two week completion of that company’s award-winning 4,600 square feet, $1.5 million model home in the exclusive Royal Oaks community of Southwest Houston.

In 2004,  Erik Joseph seized the opportunity to further develop his skills, becoming Construction Manager for a newly founded builder and developer with projects through out Southwest Harris and Fort Bend Counties. There he implemented the company’s “Build On Your Own Lot” program as well as supervised over the simultaneous construction of dozens of homes in multiple subdivisions. This experience continued to strengthen his fondness for the relationships he developed with the families whose homes he helped create and the skilled craftsmen who helped him attain those family’s dreams.

In 2008, after putting the finishes touches on a elaborate $1.2 million estate home in Richmond, Erik realized the time had come to begin employing his talent, experience, resources and sense of purpose in the service of families throughout the greater Houston area.

Today, Element Builders provides services ranging from interior and exterior remodeling - from kitchen and bath overhauls to any type of addition - to the construction of custom homes in all price ranges. With every new project, Element Builders seeks to unite the client’s unique taste and needs with the highest-quality materials and craftsmanship to create an end that is representative of both the owner’s character as well as the companies aim for perfection.

Erik Joseph lives in Fort Bend County with his wife and three daughters, in a beautiful plantation-style home built by Element Builders.
